Timothy (Tim) Dunn brings over 20 years’ of experience in the Canadian therapeutic product industry.  Prior to founding the firm, he was in-house counsel at two global healthcare companies and an associate at two of Canada’s largest and most prestigious law firms. 

He has been consistently ranked among the top healthcare lawyers in Canada by the prominent publication Who’s Who Legal: Healthcare. He is a past board member of the Canadian Healthcare Licensing Association. His reputation is for clear, concise legal counsel. His approach is to educate clients on the scope of their legal risk, provide counsel on how to manage it, and then leave the final decisions up to them.

He is a member of both the Ontario & Quebec Bars. He has a generalist skillset and is comfortable taking a hands-on legal leadership role. He is English-French bilingual and conversant in Spanish. He holds law degrees from McGill University and Université de Montréal. Previously he earned a degree in philosophy from the University of Western Ontario (Huron College).
